Precision Intervention

Verification & Result

Each intervention starts with a careful assessment of the damage, wear or mechanical issue. I evaluate the affected area, operating conditions and available technical information to determine the most appropriate repair approach.

Repairs are carried out directly on-site whenever practical, using suitable workshop equipment and facilities available at your location. Depending on the repair requirements, the intervention may include precision fitting, polishing, micro-blasting, mechanical repair or SST LaseOne micro-welding when suitable equipment is available.

After the repair, the affected area is carefully inspected and checked for correct fit, function and surface condition. Where technical drawings or specifications are available, relevant dimensions and tolerances are verified before the tooling is returned to operation.
