Experienced in precision mould repairs using SST LaseOne micro-welding equipment when available on-site. I can also assist with the recovery of seized or damaged tooling, focusing on restoring functionality while minimizing unnecessary mould removal and production downtime.

Precision polishing and micro-blasting for injection mould components and critical surfaces. I perform on-site finishing and refurbishment work to improve surface condition, remove minor imperfections and restore functional areas according to the requirements of the application.

Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting for industrial machinery and production equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. I provide preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis and practical on-site repairs with a focus on reliability and minimizing production downtime.
